Casa Dorada Apartments

"Laundry service is bad. The washers are not cleaning our clothes and not running enough water through the cycles. And break down during the cycles. And don't work or run the whole cycle and you have to continue paying money to wash your clothes. The elevators are slow. Poor service. The air-conditioning is alway on during the cold days in the building. And the food bank is very bad The food is spoiled and making the residents sick. The food is expired. The appliances in the apartments are old and outdated.. very poor condition. The mail boxes are damaged and broken and old.They need new mailboxes for the residents for the tenants."

"I’ve lived here for almost two years. To date, it’s been a pleasant experience. Shauna and Valeria are awesome managers. Max and Hector are the best in maintenance. Max is awesome. If I ever need anything, which is rare, he gets it taken care of ASAP, professionally with kindness. The building is secure so that make me feel safe. The property is well kept. I would highly recommend Casa Dorado!"

"Thank you to management and staff. This place is extremely well maintained and the owners care. Help is available when needed and they take pride in their properties. It's a great location, next to bus line and the light rail is close. There are also creeks and parks behind the building. I highly recommend living here!"

"My husband and I stayed at the Casa Dorada in Cabo San Lucas for two weeks in the month of January. We absolutely cannot say enough good things about our experience there. The rooms are very spacious well appointed with a huge soaking tub and a very comfortable bed and awesome linens. On top of the rooms being so great the food is absolutely delicious at every restaurant that we tried. The sushi there is incredible! And even the waiters accommodated making the special food for us if we requested!! Location is absolutely perfect you can walk to the beach or to the marina or downtown really easily. What makes Casa Dorado so incredible is really the staff. Everyone there is so nice and knowledgeable and willing to help. Our favorite staff member was our poolside waiter named Gustavo. He went out of his way to make sure that our stay there it was nothing short of extraordinary. He knew our drinks as soon as we sat down and became friends with us the moment we met. If you stay at Casa Dorado you’ll be a lucky person if he is your poolside waiter!! He is AWESOME...and made our stay even that much more memorable!!"
