"I want to say that Joe & Dominic are the best!! They were right here when my heat went out & it’s working great. Thank u guys-Patsy Young"
"Skyview has been such an incredible first apartment for my wife and me. The office and maintenance staff are always amazing and very helpful whenever we have to use them. Our one bedroom is quaint but we don’t have a lot we need to store so it works just fine for us! They’re always renovating the complex too which is nice to see too."
"Chilling outside by the fire pit, amazing. Hanging out in the hot tub, absolutely. The teak wood lounge out by the pool was a sweet touch to the property. I really liked that there was a trail across the street and it was only a ten minute drive to the Butterfly Pavillion. Shoutout to John and the others in the office."
"The management doesn’t care or put any effort to guarantee the safety of their tenants. Crimes are committed in the premises and no security is provided. Bad tenants are protected and if you have any concerns for your safety you would be directed to contact the police."
"Just an absolute mess so far. I moved in on October 26 and at the time we owed the rent for the remainder of that month plus the next month. After giving them an almost $2000 cashiers check we moved in to a filthy apartment that had cookies and chips next to the fridge and two broken windows. The apartment only knew one window was broken so they had already scheduled somebody to take a look. Coming into Nov 7 and this is still not fixed even with the freezing temperatures we’ve been having. Off the bat there was a leak in our kitchen sink and the toilet constantly runs. I have been very thankful for their maintenance guy Joe as he is fast and efficient thus far and always calls before entering the apartment. After seeing a notification for having not payed the rent for Nov we were very confused as we gave that check up front. My boyfriend and I spoke with someone named Maddy who has had a horrible attitude every time we have had an encounter. Turns out the check for almost $2000 was “misplaced” and Maddy blamed the person the took our check the day of move in saying they lost it because of their “pregnancy brain.” I was told on Nov 8 to call my bank to cancel the check and low and behold while I’m cancelling it they finally find it. The whole situation is odd and was not handled well at all as I received no communication unless I called in myself to check for an update. Hopefully things get better as this is just the start of my lease and I am hopeful as I love my apartment with all it’s quirks."
