"I am a current resident here. A week ago I found a large amount of black mold growing in my unit (see attached picture). I immediately notified the leasing office and put in a maintenance request. They told me they would send maintenance the same day - nothing. I called in multiple times and left voicemails and never heard back. I called the emergency maintenance line- they told me to clean it myself with bleach and that there is no health hazard. I refused to do so and they ended up sending a maintenance person who looked at it and told us other units have been having problems with mold and they would send a professional out. I have not heard or seen anything from them since. I have emailed, sent pictures, left voicemails, and spoken directly with the maintenance team. We are still living in mold."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE! This place has gone down hill the past two years. I've had my license plates stolen off my car in the parking lot, packages stolen from the lockers that are inside the office and we're reminded to always keep our doors locked due to people breaking into units. There is absolutely NO KIND OF SECURITY HERE to protect the residents. All the office tells us is to "call the police". The poop bins are always over filled and trash is all over the complex. They allow maintenance to live on the property who constantly have their dog(s) off leash regardless of our weekly reminders to leash our dogs and they are constantly exhibiting wreckless behavior when on the carts/quads ruining the landscape. I've reported noise complaints over 6 times due to my upstairs neighbor using their surround sound to make beats on their dj set through out the day and night and management's response? "call the police". When bad weather hits we're lucky to get the sidewalks shoveled, we've had broken tree's IN THE PARKING LOT for almost a week now that haven't been moved. There's constantly guys riding dirt bikes and quads with ski masks on through the parking lot. This place is ran down and NOT safe. I've lived here for 4 years and cannot wait for my lease to end. Don't waste your time here! They have a new manager every other month. Ironic how most of the new good reviews on this place is people who don't even live here or people who used to work here."

"Maintenance has just straight up marked work orders as complete without addressing anything. There is mold in my apartment and they will not even come out to clean it even though it directly states that they are required to in the lease. Our dryer and dish washer have been broken for the 3 weeks with maintenance also just ignoring those work orders. We’ve called the front office countless time to address the issues and it never happens. Finally got a time that maintenance was supposed to come to my apartment to address the list of issues, no show. No call to reschedule or anything. I just want working appliances and no mold."

"I’ve lived at a lot of different apartment complexes, town houses, and duplexes throughout my life. I will say that I thoroughly believe that Links at Legacy Ridge is by far the best property around. Sets a great example for other properties to follow. Amanda did my initial tour and explained everything that I needed to know about the property, its amenities, and what the lease options are. She was very informative and patient with all my questions (I tend to ask a lot!) and made sure I felt comfortable through the whole process. I believe she’s one of the managers there? Outside of her, I didn’t interact with many other staff but they did all seem very nice and professional."
