"I don't where else I could leave this type of feedback and hope something happens. I had two packages addressed to two different people each with their own individual addresses left at my door step this morning. Their addresses were 8300 Yale and 8400 Yale. My address is 2800 S Syracuse. I am bewildered by the severe incompetence. Also, I am bewildered by the severe lack of care or empathy when I spoke on the phone with customer service. I delivered the packages myself because they told me another driver would come pick them up sometime today, which I'm not waiting around for. And secondly, then the original customers would still not have their packages until they were sent back through processing, which makes absolutely no sense. I also called about my order, which FedEx communicated to me would be delivered yesterday, and after not receiving it yesterday, the tracking status said it would be delivered today. The customer service rep informed me it would be here tomorrow arriving at the agreed upon delivery date. Why was I told then I'd get my package yesterday or today? Once again, I am bewildered by FedEx's incompetence. After witnessing the horrendous delivery ability of FedEx this morning, I am very concerned about my package not getting delivered to me. I tried to go pick it up but was informed the seller did not allow for pick up at a FedEx center. I'll make sure on every future order that this option is available if FedEx is delivering. To whomever is reading this, please take my story into consideration before choosing FedEx. Thank you."

"Every time I have stopped in here I have waited an unnecessary amount of time to be assisted. Employees are rude and act like you're an inconvenience to them. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired."
