"They were swamped and my ticket accidentally got slid aside. I was waiting and Aiden, Team Manager, on the line asked what I was waiting for and located my order for me. After that I got impatient so I went and sat down and I was gonna come back up. But Aiden went and found me, brought my order directly to my seat and apologized for the wait. To me, this is top tier service, engaged, friendly, and caring. Great work ethic and made a notable difference for my experience here."
"We ordered a pizza, a BBQ chicken sandwich and a kid's sandwich. The kid's sandwich was free thanks to a coupon, the other two items were $29!!! They didn't have two of the items we originally wanted despite them being listed on the website, and we asked for avocado for the two sandwiches, one on the side. One sandwich had no avocado at all, the other one had it but it wasn't on the side as requested. The taste was mediocre too. Pretty sloppy service for the money and such limited menu options. We live close by and could be regular customers, but they gave us no reason to go back."
"Ordered a You Pick 2, no queue when ordering so it was quick. Got the order within 5 mins and the taste was good. Panera maintains the same taste even if we cross boundaries and try them in other states. Overall a pleasant experience"
"I’m attaching the picture of the almond croissant that my mom was given tonight when we ordered this with my meal. This was not one of the croissants that were behind the glass, it must’ve been one that of been sitting around for about a week. When I was handed my you order I was handed a rotten apple. I respectfully asked for an apple that was not rotten. I was immediately met with an attitude from the food server saying ”I can’t touch that Apple and you need to throw it away.” The sandwich that I got had meat on it it tasted like it was spoiled as well. As I was asking for a refund For my $13 meal that was inedible, there was some employee screaming bloody murder from the back of the location and the manager didn’t seem to make a big deal of it. WOW!!! What kind of operation is this?! And the girl that initially served me the rotten apple almost got into a fistfight with me as I was leaving the establishment. Your brand is a joke. This location is a joke. And I will never spend another penny at another Panera restaurant if I have any say in it. Save your money & go to Wendy’s, Chick fil A , Taco Bell— pretty much eating dog food would’ve been better than this experience tonight."
"Good place for morning sandwiches and bagels. Lots of blue-hairs in the place. Kind of slow service. The iced coffee is decent, but the pastries are average at best. Any specialty coffee will be 1/3 empty or milk foam, so just buy a cup and pour it yourself."
