"I have lived here for over a year so far, maintenance is helpful and always there to help when they can, the properties are amazing and the space for the price is great comps to many other properties I’ve looked at, the stars of the show are the people in the leasing office, Sacha is amazing and has been SO HELPFUL over the last year she has helped me so much and has just been amazing to work with. I can’t express how grateful I am for her and the team over the years. Again, amazing team and amazing staff!"

"UPDATE: After living at this apartment complex for only 5 months I had the first unit I moved into flood because of broken pipes in the unit above me. I now also had my second vehicle towed becaue it sat in one spot too long. Flood: The family that lived above me moved out during the winter and turned the heat off. Even though there was a risk of freezing, the unit wasn't checked for almost a week resulting in both units completely flooding. I was reimbursed for that incident. However, I lost personal belongings and furniture because of it. Then had to move apartments right after settling into that one. The pictures show the extent of the damage. Vehicle Towed: I came back to my apartment today to find that my second vehicle had been towed. It had been parked in a visitor spot that no one ever parks in. It sat in there for a couple months with no issues having even moved it twice so it wouldn't get towed. I wasnt driving it becaue I had purchased a car that was more fuel efficient. It has some issues, but was in the process of being taken care of and still ran. The vehicles registration was up to date with non expired tags and your allowed to have more than one vehicle at this complex. I was never told anything about parking, except that each unit has one designated parking spot and as long as I didn't park in someone else's spot I was good. Again, my vehicle was not parked in one of the "designated spots". I called management and they basically said it's my fault it got towed because it sat too long in the visitor park space which, as stated earlier, was NEVER used. They said there's nothing they can, or were willing, to do about it and that it's my problem to deal with. I found out from the tow company the only reason it was towed was becaue it ended up having a flat tire and they thought it was "abandoned". The flat only had occured a couple days before it was towed. As a result I now have a huge tow bill and no place to park my second vehicle that you are supposedly allowed to have. I initially thought that for the price this wasn't a bad complex, but have since been proven wrong. Initial Review: Just moved in today. The apartment is nice with new floors, appliances and re-painted cabinets/counter tops in the kitchen. For the price you can't really beat it. Sacha and Monique in the leasing office, which i is located at The Flats at Sky Village, were easy to work with as well."

"The girls in office are amazing! Helped us move in fast, efficiently, and stress free. Sacha took care of us, in every question we had. Maintenance is awesome made sure we were satisfied with every aspect of our knew home."
