"Save you guys a wild experience, car thefts, no central cooling, lost packages, water boiler always breaks during the winter. They don’t clear the parking during the winter. for $1600 you can get a lobby and garage parking secured… anywhere else . Full price for half the experience. Random people will knock on your door some drug addicts some regular people just don’t open it prevent crime… lease ends soon my apartment is up for grabs come take it! Might find needles in the stair way!! Dont recommend kids or pets. Young man or women that can deal with it is fine."

"UPDATE: I am considering removing a star for the package delivery situation. They don’t accept packages for residents at the leasing office. They do have an Amazon locker system, which is great when the delivery person actually places the package there. However, around Christmas time it seemed that the lockers got full and the delivery people were repeatedly unable to place packages in the lockers. THREE of my packages were stolen. The leasing office does not have security cameras in that area so there was absolutely nothing I could do about it and the office really wasn’t too helpful. I don’t see why they can’t accept packages for residents. Honestly ridiculous. Just renewed our lease for another year, overall I’m very happy with the apartments. The vaulted ceilings on the 3rd floor are definitely a perk. However I left a star off due to the laundry situation. Each building only has two washers and two dryers, which is ridiculous especially given how often they break down. Pretty much every time I go to do laundry I have to go to multiple buildings in order to find a working machine. Other than that it’s been a good experience."

"I just moved in on 12/22/23 and the apartment kitchen and living room were filthy. Floors had rice, dust and debris everywhere. Kitchen sick is clogged with unknown items and the garbage disposal is not working. Thermostat is missing the cover leaving live wires exposed for my small child, five blind slats are missing and doors have holes in them. And because it’s the days before Christmas no work orders will be completed. So, I’m unable to cook and my holiday is ruined. Lastly, at move- in I informed the Representative that I leased site unseen and he gave me directions to the building. Didn’t bother getting up from the desk to show me the community, my apartment or any amenities. Not what you expect from a company after spending all the thousands of dollars it takes to move in. Also, it is $10 EVERY MONTH to park in the lot. Parking is somehow NOT INCLUDED in rent!"

"I have lived here for around a year and cannot speak highly enough of the maintenance team. Everybody is very kind and helpful but the reason I’m writing this review is because of Kyle. Kyle always greets me with a smile and kind word but works very hard to make sure my apartment stays in good shape. My ice machine unfortunately broke but not only did Kyle explain his process, in the days interim he made sure to stop and chat with me and fill me in further how everything was going. Kyle and his team have my full confidence whenever it comes to any needs me or this place I call home will ever have."
