"Shopped around and they had lowest prices near me in Montecristo Platinum Churchill cigars which were $25. Went to go and smoke it and it was completely dried out like it had been sitting there for quite sometime. They should really take better care of their cigars and humidor. I do not recommend buying cigars from here."

"I drive past about 10 other Liquor stores to get to Total Wine because they have great service and a super selection of products and very good prices too. I call them with special orders and they always call me back when it arrives. Lots of friendly staff on hand and plenty of registers (open). It's my go to place."

"Frequently pick 6 items do not ring correctly. Today the checker insisted that it was my mistake. I had to return to aisle to take a picture of the item in question. The manager was considerate though."

"Big selection, a ton of space, more than competitive prices, and a helpful staff. Visited the Centennial location for a big restock and came away with everything I needed (and more). You can wander around the store to find what you need, or you can use their excellent app to pinpoint where that certain bottle is, and whether it's in stock. (The app isn't always perfect. It had me looking for amaretto in one aisle when it was really two aisles over. And it said that my favorite was out of stock, but there was actually one bottle remaining. Still, the app is excellent overall.) The store was nearly empty close to their 10 p.m. Wednesday night closing time. And the competitive pricing allowed me to save $5 on a bottle of bourbon and $2 on vodka compared to the big liquor store nearby. It adds up. I wouldn't make the 20 minute drive to pick up something small. But I'll absolutely be back to restock or even when I'm in the area."

No store in the area carries a wider selection of products at great prices, especially local products. Yes, it's big, but it has an incredible local feel. Stepping into this store is a truly one-of-a-kind. Not to take away from some of Colorado's awesome local shops and bottle stores, Total Wine & more is a destination."
