"Finding an affordable place to live especially in this area can be difficult, let alone helpful staff. I toured with Heidi. She was so knowledgeable about the property, area, and even loves dogs! It was the most fun I have had on an apartment tour. She made sure I had everything I needed to make a decision. Kudos to Heidi, she was great!"

"Ceasar has treated me with respect and shown love to me since I moved here. He has always followed up on my work orders, concerns, and much more. He has been such an inspiration to me in so many ways! His light always shines bright, is always professional, goes above and beyond, and never lacks compassion/empathy. "I recently rented an apartment at Velo Heidi was very helpful and directed me to Caesar who was equally helpful and courteous while helping me fill out all the necessary forms online in the office They assured me that my apartment would be ready on a certain date and the notified me that it was ready a couple of days earlier Caesar even offered to let some furniture delivery guys in to my apartment if I was not going to be home. While the apartment next to me was vacated , the maintenance man Wesley was working to get it ready for the next occupant he asked if my apartment was acceptable and offered to correct anything that was not working at 100%. I told him everything is working perfectly and offered him a soda lol. I already recommended Velo to one of my friends and he was just as happy and surprised as I was with the courtesy and professionalism as I was. He moved in two weeks after I did. I highly recommend Velo apartments"

"I would give this place a zero stars if it was possible the management here is a joke. The staff here is a joke and I’m not just saying that to be rude I’m very serious they will not return your calls if you leave messages, they will not fix problems in your apartment if they Do you try to rectify a situation It is at the very lowest cost as possible. There’s definitely mold in this building as well as other water leaking issues. There is a homeless bank of people that live in the back of the building. They surely won’t return your calls, but will waste their time putting irrelevant notices on your door that has nothing to you or your home. Your cars will be broken into and they will do nothing about it. Not even have security driving around every so often at night. Your neighbors will smoke weed or cigarettes and throw their disgusting trash or butts over their balcony and they will do nothing about it but then tell you. you have an Unsightly patio. So it’ll be up to you to clean up your neighbors trash otherwise it’s your problem and you’ll get charged $100 for it. The first year I lived here there was no staff at all whatsoever pretty much the entire time I’ve lived here except for last like three or four months: so it’s only a matter of time that that will be a problem again. There are dogs that are not cleaned up after. They are dogs constantly without Leashes on around here. (Big dogs) they will not let you get garages or carports no matter how much time you’ve lived or spent here it’s always always available for “New resident “I’ve watched people come and go from the garages and carport, and I’ve lived here for two years. So good luck on Securing your vehicle . They do not replace carpets. They will only clean it with a secondhand carpet cleaner company. they do not replace tile if not needed so if the place is not been flooded prior and there is no proof, or damages they will not replace the tile. They paint over problems Such as ones in your bathroom. Their staff is embarrassing In my opinion we’ve watched them rummage through people who were evicted belongings, and took things for their personal selves like it was a fun joke. Even came back with a car to load up. If you have an emergency they will not come to your apartment until they are ready spent a whole weekend in a flooded house. Please be warned, do not live here you will not like it. These are just some of the FEW things I could think of in a few minutes I had to leave a review so people are warned."
