"Unprofessional new staff in the office- there is no email address to send to on this apartment. Very dirty hallway because they accept tenant new Hispanic and sublease apartment units it’s kinda improvise shelter someone owns the unit and some tenants live in that unit come and go- VERY RISKY the manager manipulated all these. Some tenants accepts laundry from outside and destroy the laundry places in second and first floor. "The office staff must be some miserable *5nts. I mean who has their own tenants vehicles booted. I can 100% guarantee you our lease will not be renewed. And screw that creepy old man who is more abrasive thank 40 grit sandpaper. After all the years I'd say this place would average a 3. But not after what this current management is doing..."

"It’s very unprofessional office managers needs urgent replacement. There was a chaos in the garage at guy yell at a lady and no security and no admin officer came. The new office managers or staff are heartless if you are not Hispanic. Plus here’s the deal - even the cleaner maintenance all Hispanic and don’t listen to issues with other culture, sucks! No matter how you treat them,they have favorites on there culture and approve hire all same culture who love here now for past year it’s all price increase dirty carpet noisy because kids roam around anytime even midnights we hardly can sleep."

"Paper mache Apartments run by jerks. I'm from New York, I come from garbage Apartments. Seriously impressed with your garbage. Staff garbage, utilities and appliances garbage, Plumbing garbage, elevators garbage, and of course the washers are garbage. Also do not think they're parking is safe, it is not. They will break in. The type of community that will put a boot on your truck when you're moving an hour after you parked it but will not boot the POS that has not moved for 9 months. I would literally recommend almost effing anywhere else"

"My boyfriend and I lived here for two years and loved our apartment. By far the most professional staff I’ve had the pleasure of working with and the grounds are immaculate. Absolutely no issues from our initial visit to the move out process. If my boyfriend and I remained in Denver, without question, would have signed another year. Pros - added security of entering building, then your apartment - two washer and dryers located at end of hall on each floor - spacious kitchen with functional appliances - quiet neighbors (95% of the time) - absurd amount of storage available (especially for a minimalist) - gorgeous pool view (for one side of the building) - packages delivered right to your door Cons - large parties on the weekend during summer months around pool area (until dusk generally), didn’t actually use pool and noise a bit excessive at times - cigarette smoking noticeable on the first floor (sometimes) As quite a few discussed the plumbing - I personally never found an issue with this. Maintenance was noted clearly with sufficient notice and typically handled during ‘normal’ business hours, 8a-5p. I’m more impressed the team continued regular maintenance rather than wait for a major issue to occur. Saying that though, I do remember a leaking incident on the first floor, but even this was handled quickly. Thank you Prescott for an excellent two years! You are now the standard by which I judge future apartments."
