"Arvada Station has pros and cons, like all other apartments. We lived here for 2 years, so liked it well enough to renew our lease but were very ready to leave at the end. Take it with a grain of salt, everyone has different experiences but the cons outweighed the pros for us after a while. Pros: maintenance staff is kind and punctual, huge apartments with open layouts, close to light rail w/ easy access to Olde Town and Downtown, reasonable rent (but I know we paid less than a lot of others), Amazon lockers to keep packages secure Cons: parking is a nightmare, can’t find a spot or pay up to $150 for a reserved spot or garage; lots of crime, homeless lurking around and digging through trash; office staff was usually not helpful (very high turnover), unfriendly and/or loud neighbors, LOTS of smoking all around although it is a nonsmoking community. “Luxury amenities” are outdated and often closed or not working properly, breezeways could be terribly dirty (vomit, broken glass, etc), residents often did not clean up after pets, among other frustrating apartment things. Final thing is that we are being charged for move out expenses, but we paid a “refundable” deposit that was not accounted for and have been fighting Greystar on the charges. Proceed with caution!"

"Great location, nice apartments and amenities but unfortunately the staff is pretty rude and doesn't handle a lot of situations great. There's also not a very strong sense of community here, as most neighbors don't really bother to learn your name or say hello. But it's very close to the lightrail and more affordable than a lot of one bedroom places in the Denver metro area, so you take the negative things with a grain of salt"

"Nothing negative to say about the staff, maintenance, or the apartments themselves. However, there are 2 of us on the lease that both own cars. In the 2 years that we have been at Arvada Station, my car was broken into twice, then eventually stolen, and my roommates car was damaged in a break-in attempt, and then also eventually stolen. Five (5) separate car incidents within 20 months. It's just going to happen if you live here. Our cars were always locked and no belongings were ever left inside."

"I have been living at Arvada Station since late September and have waited a bit before writing a review because I wanted to get settled and see how things played out. First impressions were very positive! I was able to go on a self guided tour of a few units before finding the one that I wanted, and Josie my leasing agent was exceptionally friendly and helpful through the entire application process. Upon moving in, I only had a few issues that were addressed by maintenance right away, and any other issues since have always been promptly taken care of, and the maintenance crew is also very friendly! I do not have pets, but I know the community is very pet friendly because I always see dogs out and about and cats sitting in the windows. I can attest that parking can be a bit challenging, especially late at night, but now that I have an assigned spot I have no complaints. We are next to the light rail station which took a brief time to get used to, but I love the convenience of being able to jump on the train right from my apartment. In terms of security I've not had any issues, and I see Arvada PD patrolling through the complex quite frequently in the morning and evenings. (Maybe this is a one off situation, but nonetheless their presence is appreciated). I have yet to explore all of the amenities but the club house and the grounds are all well maintained, I always see community staff out and about on the golf carts so I know they're always working hard to keep our complex in good shape. Overall, I feel for what I've gotten at Arvada Station is fair for the monthly rent and I see myself living here for a few years! I would recommend Arvada Station to anyone looking for a perfect spot between the mountains and the city! Thank you Arvada Station for being a great place to live."

"We lived here while looking to buy our first home (about 9 months). The maintenance team was always timely when we needed something and leasing office staff were very responsive. The amenities of the property were great- especially the pool in the summer time. There were slight safety concerns in the parking lots due to being so close to the light rail, but we lived on a second floor apartment and never felt concerned there. If we didn't buy a house, we would have renewed our lease for sure!"
