"Don’t stay here. Worst worst! You will be surprise with the charges. The management was great when Karen was still working there but now it is horrible. I highly recommend to check other apartment in the area."

"This place is amazing! And Nina, is even more amazing! She's been a god-send. I've been a bit of a diva throughout this moving (and searching) process because my mental has been frazzled due to personal issue, and she's handled it so well. Very responsive, kind, and thorough. I can't say enough good things! She will take care of you. The Clubhouse here is also magnificent. Regal with a plenty of contemporary style. I was impressed to see that they sometimes offer massages (for a price) in the fitness center, which I've never seen anywhere! The apartments are clean, repainted, and oh-so-modern! I could only afford the small one-bedroom, but it's still so much better than anything I've had before and more than I could've ever expected. Thank you, Nina! Edit: Be careful when you complain though. They can cut your heat and hot water. I don’t think it’s a coincidence this happened after I complained about the parking, but since I can’t prove it, I’ll just go fm! Next-level petty. Seth with maintenance is super fantastic and responsive though too! I called about the issue early-early in the morning and he was here not 10min later! Edit 2: The ventilation/duct design is subpar. My apartment constantly smells like marijuana from other tenants and this other weird disgusting smell that’s like someone is frying spicy sausage, bolonga and hotdogs at the same time. So gross…"

"Great staff make the difference here - Christina, Karen, Josh, and Phil are the best! The overall quality of the units is good, rarely hear any persistent noise from the neighbors. Good parking due to it being a smaller community. Excellent communication from the staff about when there will be food trucks, moving trucks, or construction nearby that could affect the residents. The maintenance team, Josh and Phil, are great, always timely and always responsive. Overall they really do care about your living experience, I have certain allergies/sensitivities to cleaning products and harsh chemicals and this staff has really done their best to accommodate whenever possible. Thank you!!"

"Palisade park apartments have been my favorite apartments to live in throughout my entire rental history. Colorado has few and far between complexes that are worth living in, and PP has lived up to my highest expectation. The homes and amenities are wonderful. Karen and Christina have been a joy to communicate with and are always helpful. The maintenance staff is also courteous and fast! They always fix any issues I have quickly and get it done well. I’m sad to be moving from this complex (but I work about 45 minutes away - so it no longer makes sense for me to live here). I highly recommend PP to anyone looking for a home in the area. You will love it!"

"My wife and I have been here for almost 2 years. Of the multiple apartment complexes we have both lived in Palisade Park is hands down the best community to be in. The best part of the community is the staff. Christina is the community manager and she is incredible. She's such a kind person and is always so happy and joyful. She's a great leader in the community and truly cares about her tenants. Maintenance is on top of all their work orders and take great pride in their work. They always clean up after they enter and do work in a unit. They keep the grounds in great condition, and are always on top of snow removal. And when the weather warms up they power wash the exterior halls making a clean entrance to the apartment. I have ZERO complaints about this community and I highly recommend it! It's a safe community and there's always kids outside playing. So whether you're single or married there is a place for you at this community."
