"I lived here for 9 years with Marty as our mailcarrier, and I felt total trust. I have returned for 3 weeks and TWICE have had a failed daily delivery of a replacement credit card!!!!!!!!. I have gone 3 days without (3 to date) with no mail pick up nor delivery. I run a professional business our of my home and I will NOT tolerate this incompetence I will reach out each and every time to complain. Every third time I need to complain, I will move up the ladder of power. Everyone up here complains about the new mail delivery person. Please address this."

"Grumpy and worst delivery service to my home, ever. Some mail never gets to my home (like important checks). This problem has continued for 12 years. Update: the post office added a new service that sends me an email that shows all my mail about to come with an actual picture of the mail. Now, if the mail isn't delivered that I see in the email then I have a backup. The good news is everything that's been emailed has been mailed. I don't lose mail as much now. Because of this I'm upgrading my review to three stars from one star."

"Although somewhat helpful, the lady at the front desk needs to desperately work on her people skills. I'm not sure if it's in her nature/personality to be as rude as she is, but she is. The younger guy with curly perm like hair is a lot more personable/friendly."
