"Posting here in hopes that the apartment complex will try to do better. I like living here because the renovations are nice. However, the elevator is constantly breaking (which sucks for someone who is soon to undergo knee surgery, and the parking garage is expensive), the hot tub is broken and hasn’t worked since I moved in (regardless of what they say, the hot tub temperature has been too low to actually enjoy), and the complex fire alarms go off frequently due to a faulty system (who knows if they also go off while I’m away at work). I feel bad for the animals that suffer through this insanely loud alarm. I’d be happy to change this review once these issues get resolved. I will give them props for trying to tackle the dog poop and garbage in hallways issues."

"These apartments are beautiful, I truly enjoy living here. Krista in the front office is always cheerful, and willing to help, never makes me feel like a bother when I have 10,000 questions. The amenities are always well kept, and never too crowded. I could see myself living her for several more years. It’s also right down the street from my work!"

"The short version: Terracina has by FAR the most unfriendly and incompetent leasing office staff I have ever had the displeasure to work with. They are unresponsive, never seem to have any idea what they're doing, and then act like it's your fault for daring to ask them to do their jobs. Do not rent from these people. Do not trust them to do even simple tasks. The long version: My fiancee and I planned on moving here at the end of January to take advantage of a free month promotion. Credit where it's due, Samantha was very polite and helpful with this first step of the process. However, when we visited Terracina for our tour, the man assigned to us was very stoic, awkward, and at times outright rude whenever we asked a question. That tour was on a Sunday, and we were told we'd be sent the leave agreement that following week to review. That never happened. A whole week of silence went by. So, I emailed them asking what the status of our lease agreement was. No reply. I called and was sent to voicemail. My fiancee called and was sent to voicemail. Then, after calling a few more times, a girl named Davida answered and said our application was pending because the wrong proof of income had been uploaded. Which... no one had told us until more than a week after being told we would receive a lease. So we resend the correct file, no big deal, and are approved/told to wait for our lease agreement. I email them back asking for some simple information such as what our new address will be for mail forwarding and confirmation the rent we agreed to would be updated on future documents. A whole additional week goes by with no response. We are now a single week away from our move-in date and these people have simply refused to answer any of our calls or emails. I finally manage to get someone on the phone, and it's some clueless boy who says, "You're not gonna like this, but I have no idea haha" when asked what the status of our lease is or what the answers are to my previous email questions. He promises to get the lease sent over by the end of the day. That does not happen. Someone else (unnamed) emails us days later promising to have the lease prepared by the end of the day. That does not happen. Finally, more than three weeks after we were told we'd receive our lease, and LESS THAN A WEEK BEFORE OUR MOVE-IN DATE, we receive an email apologizing for the delay and saying they "need some additional details" to "complete our lease" for review. So now they're admitting they did literally nothing all that time and outright lied about getting it done. SOMEHOW still without answering any of my previous questions. We were more than happy to inform them we'd already found another apartment and they'd no longer need to worry about it. It seems like such a small thing, right? Not replying to a few emails? But when you're rapidly approaching the date when you have to leave your apartment and the people in charge of your new apartment are SO UNBELIEVABLY USELESS that they can't even respond to an email or click a few buttons and generate a document... why would you even consider trusting them to fulfill their half of a legal contract? Don't be fooled by the lower-than-neighboring-apartments pricing. Don't be fooled by paid reviews saying the new management team is better. They are not. They're qualified to do nothing except waste your time and I guess stare blankly out the window waiting for the workday to end."
