"No frills and worth the low price. Lived here 2-1/2 years. My apartment was tired, but clean and in good functioning order. Maintenance was always responsive. It does get traffic noise from HWY 36 and train noise as well - but tolerable. My only complaint is that there was never any parking lot snow removal."

"Apartments are extremely old and out dated for the price. No A/C or heat. The maintenance shows up unannounced most of the time. Once already in the apartment while I was sleeping. Things are rarely fixed or maintained properly. The stairs have extreme rust damage. Only about half the washer or dryers work correctly. Most of our drains are clogged and continue to be a problem in our tub. Property outside is hardly kept up besides cutting grass. The trees are over grown. If you have other options definitely consider them before moving in. I would not recommend!"

"Assistant manager Kristi Koenig‘s professionalism was absolute trash. We are first time renters and weren’t sure how the application process fully worked. They’re (don’t want to assume koenig’s pronouns) mannerisms we’re very rude. Was annoyed on initial phone call when we asked to deliver paperwork. Came down wearing Jean shorts and a T, and was bothered that they had to help us as soon as Koenig came down from her apartment (in the building). SUPER RUDE! Was not willing to explain before denying the application and had absolute zero professionalism. Was looking for flaws in application to deny it and had no real reason to deny (going out of her way to look for issues). Also THREW THE APPLICATION on the table saying it was not going to be accepted. Koenig seemed to be prejudice against brown people (we are Mexican descent). Staff needs to be educated on customer service mannerisms. If you are a person of color DO NOT RENT HERE !!!"

"DO NOT LIVE HERE. I would rather live on the street then live here again. No A/C our apartment was 98+ degrees every day in the summer. No warning for maintenance. Sometimes they would just show up and be in your living room. Property manager amy is like dealing with constipation. At the main office. Dana is very rude and will talk very loudly over you and tell you why your complaint is your fault. We had a pest problem and they tried to make us pay for it. I got a call from a collection agency 1 1/2 years after moving out because they left my name on a month to month lease that I wanted told them I was moving out and gave a letter for. Instead, since my roomate wouldn't reach the income requirement, they left me on and now I'm being held liable for his charges. If you would like to see the most poorly run business in America. Look no further."
