"I’m highly reluctant to write this review as I’m very concerned the secret will get out. What a wonderful property! Arista Place is nestled in an absolutely perfect location, very easy to get around even with public transportation. It’s within walking distance to several tasteful bars and restaurants. You can walk to the nearby Starbucks and get your morning coffee as early as 5am. The leasing office staff is absolutely wonderful…I actually having quite a lot of difficulty in picking favorites…Maria, Yoceline, and Kathiya are equally fantastic and highly customer centric…when it comes to maintenance…Manuel, Art, and Eric immediately take ownership of the problem at hand. There is free gourmet coffee at the clubhouse…Complimentary Happy Hour is every Wednesday with excellent wine collection…and the pool is always surrounded with “Positive Energy.”"
