"This fedex has hours posted but always closes early like tonight had a package in the at the store at 535pm and the sign on the door says closed open at 10am. I work during the day so this is basically my only option. I find some other way to ship things this was convenient not anymore."
"I had ordered expensive package ($300+) and missed their first attempt at delivery yesterday. I made sure to wait by my door all day today to sign & receive my package. Instead, I got a call from my leasing office saying that FedEx had shoved my package into a mailbox, destroying the cardboard box and leaving the mailbox door open. My leasing office explained their struggle in removing the items and that they were happy to retrieve them before they were potentially stolen. Grateful for my apartment complex workers, but hate that my $300 package was treated like complete garbage by FedEx. I even tried to call FedEx to make a complaint - but straight to voicemail I went. Hope this doesn't happen to other customers while ordering their Christmas gifts. :/"
