"I love this place! The staff are all very friendly and genuine. Any maintenance requests are addressed in a timely manner with a friendly technician. I live the mature property landscaping! It is close to several shopping centers and restaurants that I can walk to for small errands. Plenty of nice parks and walkways to explore."
"This complex is great. It has easy access to major stores/parks, the staff is super sweet and helpful, and the neighborhood is very calm and quiet. It's pet friendly, so having your dogs here isn't an issue. I do wish they had a bigger dog run. There are lots of doggie poop stations everywhere, and we always have bags stocked in them. However, the TENANTS seem to think there is a poop fairy that will pick up after their dogs instead of taking accountability and picking it up themselves. The complex does send reminder emails to us about this, yet people still have a sense of entitlement and don't seem to care about how nasty it is to leave poop out which could put other dogs on the property at risk. Be mindful of the fact that the complex was built in the late 90s, so the walls are somewhat thin, and if you have a loud upstairs neighbor, it can feel like there are elephants walking around. It really isn't very different from most other apartments as far as noise goes, though. There also isn't a ton of parking, and overhead parking is $75 a month. I do wish each apartment was granted one overhang spot to make it easier for us late shift employees who struggle to find a spot after we get off work. If you don't want to worry about finding a place to park for the evening, make sure you get home by 7 pm or pay the overhead fee. Overall, this place is great, and we're happy to be here!!!!"
"I’ve been having so many issues with this apartment complex. My car was vandalized, stole packages from the lockers area where supposedly is safe, noise complain because I can hear everything my neighbors do and a broken window for the past 4 months. I have respiratory health issues which I have brought up to management to accelerate the process of replacing the window and so far nothing. The management response is to call the police with the vandalism and theft problem but every time I call the police, the police tells me they can’t do anything as it is in private property. They do not care for you as a tenant they only thing they want is your money. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this apartment complex."
"Apartments are wonderful, maintenance staff is usually timely and really helpful. Pool area is super nice with community grills. Apartment complex overall is pretty quiet and nice. Walls are definitely on the thinner side, so the neighbors at night can be disruptive to sleep, especially with children. Car break-ins fairly common. Could use better security measures, as crime has increased in the area a lot the past couple of years. No cameras, gates, etc. Access to a printer is usually a standard at most apartment complexes, but the community printer was broken for months, then was told that we would no longer have access to a printer in the business center because they just took it out instead of fixing the problem."
"Not a bad place so far. The people are nice and it is a quiet neighborhood. Walls are very thin, our upstairs neighbors are extremely loud, you can hear every step, every flush, etc.. You can hear full conversations they have above you. We just paid our first months rent and it is a $60 "convenience fee" to pay online as well as a $40 charge for the common areas on the property. We were not told any of this, read the lease all the way through. Our apartment was not exactly clean at move in, there was urine and fecal on the toilet seats. The floors, counters etc were not cleaned prior to move in. The fire place is nice and new but you have to light the pilot light everytime you want to use it. The kitchen offers little to no storage for food and dishes. The heater is extremely loud and sounds like an airplane the whole time it is running. Edited: I put up a privacy lattice that did not damage property and was told I would get a $50 fine if I didn't remove it. I live on the 1st floor with no privacy. On my balcony that they needed to inspect. I should be able to put up some kind of privacy from neighbors to actually utilize my patio especially with all the robberies and car theft in the parking lot."
