I should have listened to the neighbors who were moving out as we looked at a place to buy.The place we bought is beautiful needs some weed be gone but so does this entire property. If you have more than Two vehicles this place will harass you over parking HARASS, they will have your vehicle towed EVEN If you are parked in a designated parking spot. There is a petition going around against the new parking rules. This place wants to charge nearly $1000.00 if not more for some people a month just to be blessed with a small plot and running water, cause it doesn't go towards fixing the place up like the pot holes, the streets, lawn I mean weeds maintenance, or getting a pool to work a full summer cycle (I admit I do not know the actual reason for the pool) and just for the lot o.k. we all understand that right. On top of that they wanted every body that lived here to submit their vehicle registration and plate information to the front desk and charge 35 additional dollars A MONTH for parking the third or more vehicle. I have had to pay $390 in one tow bill already. Now unless my vehicle was stolen I will have to pay another tow bill. The kicker to this tow bill........I spoke to Hannah at the front desk and she told me I can park my vehicle at the pool parking. Well, last night my car is gone August 29. So the manager tells me I can park there yet I get towed. (our stolen, highly doubtful) update soon..... I wish more residents would get on here and lower their rating Update it was towed and the excuse we get from the manager Hannah Oops I'm sorry absolutely pathetic place to live and those reviews about management absolutely 100% spot on go back and read these reviews before you want to move into this place"
