"We love our newly renovated home with all we flooring and carpet, freshly painted along with its all brand new appliances! Including a large capacity, top loading, washer and dryer in the unit. The entire process was quick and easy from touring, applying and move in. We were also lucky to get some great move in concessions which helped keep initial move in costs down. I love the layout of our 3 story townhome, it’s spacious, quiet and comfortable."

"Unprofessional and very much so misleading. I was looking forward to moving into these townhomes even with the ridiculous amount they were asking for in rent solely for the location and the neighborhood not even the unit. The unit we were showed was quite literally falling apart, the cabinets in the bathroom barely hanging and holes in the walls very poorly patched up. They denied me tenancy and didn’t even bother to inform me just kept giving me the run around, but when they were pushing me to apply would call me every single day. Now they won’t answer my call or return my emails. Of course I had no reason to my knowledge to be denied after the letter they sent it led me to look into the reasoning into which I discovered my identity was stolen and my social security was being used, which is absolutely not my fault instead of trying to help my child and I find a solution or trying to work with us they completely ghosted me. Red Peak is known for its poor customer service (my brother lives in a Red Peak managed property and is actually looking forward to moving forward with another management company) they do not care about you as a tenant they care about the money in your pocket. Maybe we dodged a bullet as reading these reviews made me realize just how poorly this company operates and treats other human beings."

"This community is such a refreshing place to be. I have great neighbors for the most part. If I have ever had issues I’m able to communicate with management quickly by walking over to the office. They have been great with us and incredibly understanding. Great complex with great amenities. I love the proximity to parks."

"DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PROPERTY!!!!! They can change the name as many times as they would like but it is the same DUMP!! I rented a unit under the property name, Pines at Pinehurst and had the WORST experience as a renter that I have ever had! Receptionist Samantha is very short and rude when answering questions and isn't very fourth coming with information regarding management. Management is absolutely deplorable refusing to answer or return calls. Manager Bri is almost NEVER available by phone, voice-mail or in person. Bri has the worst customer service skills I have seen in a very long time. She is extremely rude and condescending. Maintenance requests go unanswered but marked completed. I was made to wait a month and a half for my security deposit to be returned to me only to have it BOUNCE AT THE BANK costing me numerous overdraft charges!!!! Do NOT RENT FROM THIS PROPERTY or any other Red Peak communities!"

"The beginning of our experience started by setting up a tour with Samantha. It seems other people have had issues with tour as well- we were shown a few units and decided against the bad reviews we would end up giving it a chance. I was seven months pregnant at the time and we were trying to get in somewhere as quickly as possible so we picked an available apartment, And moved forward. Fast forward weeks later Samantha told us that the unit actually wouldn’t be available at that time and someone else had already gotten the other unit. This is just the beginning of our issues with the Leasing team, but at this time we didn’t have any choice but to move in given our time constraints. Our new option was on available for a month so we had to stay at an air bnb for a month. The day we go to move-in it turns out do you know where we were being given was still incorrect, and didn’t have the exact layout planned our furniture layout around. Overall, our experience with the leasing office was a 1 star. Onto our moving in experience- we realized that the renovations they did was really like putting lipstick on a pig and they didn’t even make sure it was move in ready. Our air conditioning wasn’t working. Cabinets were falling off in the kitchen. toilets were both clogged. It was almost uninhabitable and it was like this for over 3 weeks. Basement completely flooded our first month there destroying all the things that we hadnt unpacked that was still in the basement. Of course, there was no remorse or help from anyone in the community other than Michael the maintenance guy who is over extended as it is. That being said, I’m leaving a 3 star review because even after all of the issues at the beginning we love living here. We have two stories that feel like a home and a huge basement to keep all of our things. The community is in a really nice area and there’s a huge park across the street. All of the families are around us are very nice and I always feel safe. The man’s team is always on it, and Michael truly cares about the people that live in the apartment complex. I’m leaving three stars because even though our experience moving in was horrendous, I will say, if I had to go back, I probably wouldn’t choose to live anywhere else."
