"$2600 per month for lipstick on a pig. Multiple leaks and flooding of raw sewage. Slime coming up from the floorboards when you walk over them. Camden will dry the carpet and pull the pad, but will wait 10 days to clean the carpet. 11th day of living in the family room (where glue and water are oozing from the floorboards), as Camden still hasn’t completed the work. Most unprofessional business I’ve ever dealt with. No processes. Zero response. Zero empathy. Had to go through their regional executive leadership and out of state emergency lines to facilitate communication. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED."

The leasing/onboarding process that Camden has is one of the easiest and best I've experienced. She and her staff helped answer questions and made the whole process easy and fast. The club house/amenities are great as well. This location is definitely a good place to checkout."
"We just moved into our apartment last week and so far everyone in leasing and on the maintenance team has been very kind and responsive. We had to submit a small handful of service requests to address some minor issues we had immediately upon moving into our unit and the maintenance crew came in and either found a solution or fixed our issues in a timely, professional, and kind manner. We are enjoying the apartment, covered/private garage, location, and overall amenities in the community so far and are very happy with our choice to lease here in our first year in Colorado."
"Steven from maintenance is awesome! When our Chrip deadbolt wouldn't work and we were locked out of our own apartment after hours he showed up quickly and made sure we got in. The very first thing the next morning he was at our door and fixed it. I showed him a few more issues while he was here and he was happy to help. Very responsive and respectful. Nice to know that Camden has some good honest people working in maintenance."
"We lived here for one year as new Colorado residents with our small dog. The apartment was a good value, however I think that may not be the case for newer residents. Our lease was for 1,999 base rent for a 2 bedroom top floor unit (garage space included), but after fees (entertainment package, water, pest, and common/amenity utilities) it ended up being more like $2300 a month. So my main complaint is the amount of fees tacked on after rent. And the energy bills seemed much higher than needed, especially compared to a home in the same area. When offered renewal our rent would have gone up 12% for a 15 month lease, and probably would’ve been more for a standard 12 month lease. The biggest issue we had was at move in trying to get a hold of the leasing office for arranging after hours move in. I will say it is very difficult to get a person on the phone, as the number often sends to the corporate number which is usually of no help. However there are lots of good things to say about the apartment. They do have good amenities, nice pool, large pond with small loop that is good for walking your dog, and two dog parks. Our apartment appeared newly renovated and never had any major maintenance issues. Ours also included a garage attached to the building (no direct entry from apartment). There seemed to be a fair bit of complaining from some members of the community but for us, the management was fairly responsive with maintenance/etc, and there were many improvement projects happening while we were there. Most did not impact us except for the large painting project on move out. We really enjoyed the top level view over the dog park and pond. I do think we got lucky with one of the best units. Some people on bottom floors had complained about pest problems (we never had these issues), so I would go for an upper floor unit. Unfortunately with the current prices this place is becoming less of a value and not sure we would’ve resigned if we had not moved to a home."
