Bell Flatirons Apartments

"I want to start by saying that, while no one is perfect, I feel that the team at Bell Flatirons does all they can to get as close as possible! I lived here for over 1.5 years, and any maintenance issues or questions I had were always handled professionally and in a timely manner! MOST NOTEWORTHY: due to a job change, my commute became unmanageable, so I had to break my lease early. I am not sure if the policy changed or if the team was just very understanding, but the move-out charge was reduced from the almost-2-months-rent listed in my lease agreement to just 1 month of rent. Schuyler with the accounting team was particularly helpful in sorting out the details of my early move-out. From start to finish, Bell Flatirons has been one of my favorite leasing experiences, and the amenities are INSANE (full-size gym, basketball court, cinema, awesome community/package centers, a lake, and 4 pools?!? no more walking for. a mile in a swimsuit). If you are looking for good management, spacious living, dog and cat friendly, and more, look no further!"

"I had already lived at Bell Flatiron’s for four years and loved it, the sense of community is something that’s very hard to find with other apartments. I left to find the grass isn’t always greener on the other side. So I’m moving back to Bell. Laura the leasing manager has been extremely helpful with the whole process with quick responses and a great attitude! Needless to say I’m excited to come back!"

"While I didn't live on property long I very much enjoyed my time at Bell Flatirons (I only moved because of a home purchase). The staff communicated amazingly well prior to and after my move-in and the maintenance team was incredibly responsive. The property grounds were always very clean and the facilities (more specifically the gym) were beyond adequate. I would highly recommend Bell Flatirons to anyone moving to the Superior area."

"I am giving 5 starts to Allison, Dustin, and Eli for their excellent customer service and professionalism. They make living here pleasant and enjoyable. Every time I ask Allison for help with something, she is on it immediately. She is the best communicator, and cares about tenants. Dustin always does great work, and he calls before he enters my apartment so that I can secure my cats. Eli has been wonderful about picking up packages that get delivered to me by accident. He also made my stay at the guest house comfortable. These three really go above and beyond."

"Conveniently located in Superior town. It has all the groceries, restaurants and flatiron mall nearby. Well connected by road network with rest of the nearby towns. The amenities are decent. The maintenance and upkeep is an issue here. Management and facilities department do not bother to respond to your needs. All my maintenance requests were responded 3-6 months after my request. Some remained unattended. Little overpriced for the services and facilities you get here. You will continue to pay for the services even if they fail to provide the promised services. Roads are full of potholes, littered and they remain that way for long. They also increase the rents abruptly every year by 20-30%. I would highly discourage people from renting apartments at Bell Flatiron. Please validate all my points from the existing residents before rent an apartment here."
