"50/50 chance that delivery will happen on the scheduled delivery date. 30% chance that delivery will be dumped (sometimes in snow) at the end of the driveway instead of at the door. When you call customer service to complain, they say they take feedback seriously and will provide updates on filed complaints, but it has been a week with ZERO followup. Best chance of change is to file a complaint directly with the business from whom you purchased the merchandise to encourage them to change delivery carrier. FedEx HAS ZERO PRIDE IN THEIR SERVICE AND DOES NOT CARE, PERIOD!!"
"Website says 'We AtTempTeD tO DeLiVeR', when I know for a fact they did not. I was outside having a smoke during the timestamp that says they tried. There was no truck, quit saving face, just admit you didn't deliver it"
"Worst experience with FEDEX. They don’t care about customer. Never on time, and lied in every delivery. I need to speak with a manager about my delivery that I didn’t got. I took 2 days off to be able to get that package… and I paid to get a fast service. Worst service ever !!!"
"I watched the driver stop at my house not once but twice and give some bogus excuse as to why it could not be delivered. This was the straw that broke the camel's back as this is not the first time that a package has magically had "damages" and show up flawless upon delivery. As soon as they have thw package and they have been paid, there is no care for the client on the recieving end. Four individuals at their company promised me it would be delivered within the window on two different days and that someone would call me back. Not a single promise was followed through on and at this rate, I expect nothing to come of it. My time has been wasted and can't get it back"
"Fedex is consistently the worst shipping service in all aspects. I can't talk to a human about a very important package that they have managed to lose or misplace just miles from my house. The automated woman is condescending and should be fired by her automated supervisor who should be fired by their automated vice president. Fedex keeps changing the expected date of arrival. Unfortunately I can't control what others use to ship items to me but I will use a mule being piloted by a monkey before I use FedEx for my personal items. I'm sure their stock will plummet as a result of this."
