"I own and operate a small pedicab company in Oklahoma City, OK. I own 2 Boardwalk models and a brand new 6 seat Festival bike. These bike are simply engineered and manufactured to an incredibly high standard for years and years of use. The two Boardwalks are in 12 years old. The Festival bike, I picked up in March. The build quality, sale process, and service provided by Steve and his team are simply amazing. They have a passion for what they build. I'm proud to to own and ride these bikes. I can't thank them enough for building these amazing tools that enable an old guy like me (61) to have a quite profitable small side business. Our newest addition arrived today. Thanks so much to the Mainstreet team"
"Good souls work here. Good products are made here. It's actually a rare combination in this world. My vehicle and I were in trouble way high up in the Rockies almost two miles high. Wi-Fi was the only way we could communicate. They could not have been more concerned, more helpful, more forthcoming. Thank you. James and Sol"
"I purchased a Broadway Pedicab in April 2022. The delivery was timely and the requirements for unloading the pedicab were clear (3 or 4 strong people or a dock; I was able to get it off the truck using a forklift). I've had the pedicab out several times and am pleased with the vehicle. The gearing is good, but weighing almost 200 lbs., I was surprised how tough it is pedaling up the slightest hill. I don't have an electric motor for help so pedaling moderate hills with any passengers is impossible for me. I'm looking into an electric motor retrofit. The only complaint I have is the turn signal mechanism mounted on the steering wheel. I was told it was made for a motorcycle and it sticks when flipping it off and on, in either direction. Overall, I am quite pleased with the pedicab purchased from Main Street Pedicab and would recommend them to anyone wanting to get into the pedicab business. Update October 8, 2022: With a lube, the turn signal is much easier to activate. Not entirely smooth, but much easier. The after sale support I received has been nothing more than outstanding. Very helpful and always responsive. I purchased an electric front hub and it's been a game-changer. This addition makes me even more pleased with my pedicab."
"Mainstreet Pedicabs are the ultimate investment for your future. Their pedicabs are durable, thoughtfully constructed, and will last for years. Steve and his crew are constantly exploring ways to innovate and adapt to market changes amidst global shortages. They've been a pleasure to work with."
"Excellent people. Steve went above and beyond what was expected trying to help me find a cargo trike within my budget. Despite the fact i was unable to find what exactly what i wanted in house, he helped me look for an alternative solution. Their vehicles are used internationally, from College campuses, to fleet services, to deliveries, Heck, Even Google outfitted one as a StreetView camera before. Quality is solid and made in the USA. While their trikes aren't the cheapest on the market, they are certainly among the best."
