"We got lucky in that the winemaker was also the person staffing while we were there! We tried 9 different wines in tastings and flights, and didn’t have one bad one. Also exciting they have vinho verde :) cool spot to stop in!"

"I’ve been to the main Sauvage in Palisade, so was excited to see this in Ouray. It’s a great location and a nice space. They were busy for 4th of July weekend, but only had one person working. Regardless, she did a good job managing all the people and wine flight orders. My go-to is their frose!"

"Stopped in with a small group of people to have a few drinks and converse. There was a large group that was there for an event that was just leaving so it’s understandable the one employee was a little busy but he wasn’t very friendly either. What was unacceptable was that he fulfilled two of our three orders and then went and conversed with his friends. I waited at the register for over 5 minutes without being noticed before I had to interrupt him to finish our order. The wine was just ok so overall not a great experience."
