"I had a terrible time with this business. Handyman spent most of the time gathering supplies. (they'd been the wrong kind in some cases) The estimate doubled. They did not listen to my concerns, instead kept trying to get paid for wasting my time. I have to start over with a new company."

"I don't even know where to begin with complaints. We wanted a simple shower remodel- which involved moving the drain about 6", putting in a new floor, putting in new tile and niches and redoing tile around our garden tub to match the shower. The floor had to be redone twice and it still isn't right- its very wonky, not a consistent grade for draining, is higher is some places than others. The niches aren't sloped for draining, so the water just sits in a puddle. The one time that we used the shower, there were bubbles coming out of the wall where the tile met the dry wall. We now have thousands of dollars of water damage on the floor around the shower, through the wall and into the basement. He did not obtain the required permit for the work and makes all kinds of excuses for the poor quality work, and flat out lies. His workers left a huge mess all over our bathroom, especially in our garden tub and he had the nerve to charge us to clean it. He has billed us for more than $3,000 over what he quoted originally, and we did not change what we wanted done. We bought tools that they didn't have so they could do the job, and once they "completed" the job and took all their stuff, they also took the tools we purchased. There were tiles in the shower that had to be redone up to 5 times and they STILL aren't laying flush with each other. He originally quoted that it would take 2 weeks to do the work, but it took 7 weeks and it still isn't right. We are so afraid that he will make things worse if we ask him to come out and fix things, so we will find someone else to do it. We have holes in the walls that were not there in the first place, that he said he would fix and didn't....and now places where the water has been sitting for a while are turning green on the dry wall and subfloor. Find another contractor, DO NOT use them!"
