"Started off fine. He came out gave an estimate and then began work. There was never a crew that came out and just one person. Then, there was no communication for a week which was due to some medical issues. That was fine - emergencies happen. After a week he was back out there for a day and then didn't show up again. I sent multiple texts and calls but there was no response. They just walked away with our deposit with the job 25% completed. No communication whatsoever. Extremely disappointed."
