"Purchased about $25 worth of gas here 3/8 and they still have a $100 charge in my account 3/11. Avoid this gas station."
"Great store, it's always clean has clean open restrooms, nice staff and cheap gas. We always stop at this one when in the area."
"Been shopping here since they opened and never had any issues. Even when the lines a little long and customers are visibly annoyed, the cashiers don't let it stress them out, they keep composure with a smile on their faces. Happy to do business here."
"I went in to make a purchase and ask for change for a $20 bill on 11/18 and the women employee shamed me out the door telling me "we're not a bank, the banks are closed tomorrow, we're not here to make change for you, you can go down the street". Really embarrassing. You're a convenience store- the key word here is convenience. Maybe get a bigger change order from that bank on Friday so that you can serve your customers over the weekend. Being moderately friendly to the general public would be a plus too. Unbelievable."
"If you want the cheap gas, pay at the pump! Don't go in the store, the clerks are terrible. I brought in $3 cash for lotto and a credit card for the gas. I handed the clerk the cash for the lotto and he chided me for filling out the lotto form wrong when it wouldn't scan, but the clerk next to him showed him how to scan it correctly. No apology. Then he charged me for a fountain refill and said it was $4.07. I told him I just had water in my water bottle and already gave him the cash for just lotto. He adjusted the total to $1.07 and said I still had to pay for the water. No apology. I said to add the $1.07 to the credit charge for the pre-pay gas. He said no. I swiped the credit card for the $1.07 and said I still need gas. He said I could not use credit for the $1.07 since he added it to the lotto and had to find more cash or get a debit card. I asked if he could cancel the transaction and ring it up so I could use the credit card. He said no. Finally, someone in the now-huge line behind me said he'd pay the $1.07 and I was allowed to leave. Of course, the clerk gave me attitude for not thanking him. I am just guessing that paying the pump will be more competent about taking credit cards with less attitude. Thanks for listening to the worst transaction I've ever had."
