"This is officially The First Negative Review that I have done. Here goes...Avoid at all costs! Bad neighborhood, dirty everywhere and dishonest, rude, dirty staff. I'll start at the end. I was mischarged for gas by $50. "How can that be?" You're saying right now. The night clerk just tagged an extra $50 bucks on my card after I was done pumping my gas! Because their pay at the pump wasn't working so she kindly offered to hold my card for me and turn on the pump so I could refuel. Thank goodness I don't trust people and check my card balance before I left and discovered that I had purchased $75 of gas! I know that prices are a bit steep right now but come on! I informed the helpful person that was behind the bullet proof glass (should have been my first clue) that there had been a mistake. I was politely informed that I was correct that a mistake had been made. I was, however, incorrect as to who had made the mistake (technically she was half right, I went there). After a few minutes and some verbal abuse I decided to do the right thing and call the manager. Who after 3 phone calles answered. And grudgingly came down to the store to "get the whole story". Keep in mind that I have been there for 35 minutes already. 15 minutes later he arrives speaks briefly with the ever pleasent clerk and casually informs me that she has done this "kind of thing before", gives me an apologetic look (not an apology) and asks if he can just give it back to me in cash. I reply in the affirmative get in my car wondering if this is a big scheme to get me robbed because now they know that I have $50 bucks in my pocket. As I zoom away I cancel my card and wash my hands of that place forever... Negative five stars out of five stars. Two thumbs down. Save yourself a hassle (and most likely a penicillin shot) and avoid at all costs!"
