"I ordered 2 boxes of Palmier cookies, which I paid 47.00 for them. I ordered these through Amazon, then they turned my order over to this company. It took 3 weeks to receive my order, sent via UPS. When I opened the box there was one piece of paper on top of both box’s. The bottom box had com open, and the cookies are stale as a result. The cookies were broken in both boxes, and the bottoms of both containers were nothing but crumbs. I sent pictures of both boxes unopened and then pictures of the crumbs and sent an email that was on the label. I will probably not receive compensation for these expensive cookies. Needless to say I will also send a complaint to Amazon for the poor quality of shipment. I will never buy these cookies from Amazon again."

"I ordered a throw from Amazon. Unfortunately they turned my order over to a third party-namely this company. I ordered it on the 9th and it was promised by the 16th. Here we sit on the 21st with NO product in sight. Every day they say it will arrive. Now they say the 27th. Suddenly we went from the 16th- a week before Christmas to AFTER Christmas. I will go to Hobby Lobby and buy a replacement throw and this will be returned unopened if it ever arrives. I can get one there for half the price and 0 the hassle. Any company that uses Fed Ex should be banned from Amazon."

"My order of Saunders chocolates arrived and they were all melted. The email for the support did not work. I will try calling next."

"They sent a msg in the box that said to call Customer Service with any issues.. but they won't answer. I called different days and times. Never answer. I found a second phone number through Google but they wouldn't answer that one either. I called for a total of 6 times. I ordered an air fryer and they were the third-party distributor to fill the order. The item was used and greasy. It wasn't even in the original packaging and the box was opened of course. I could tell it was used before I even opened it! But seeing and feeling the grease on top of it and inside of it was proof positive."
