"Literally one of the worst and most ridiculous businesses I have ever heard of. The apartment complex I live in forces you to pay $15 for this unnecessary and hilariously dysfunctional service. It’s obvious that apartment complexes are incentivized by Fetch to force this scam on residents. About 1/3 of the time my packages are delivered to the wrong apartment or not all. Then Fetch’s customer service feigns concern and gives you a copy and paste auto reply response. It takes a great deal of time and effort to get anything resolved with them. They can do anything, including nothing, to you because you have no recourse. You cannot cancel the service because it is forced into your lease. It’s astonishing that the Attorney General’s office in each state has not brought them to court and closed this scam down by now."

"Have you every wanted a package delivered the same day conveniently to your front door? Well fetch won’t do that. You better tack on at minimum 1 more day of “processing” all while thinking it may be lost because you haven’t gotten a notification from fetch. Then they might just not deliver it during the scheduled window and deliver it 3 days later . On the app says they will delivery one day (3-6pm) and then ask for reschedule for another day at 6pm… The fact I am getting charged by my building 20 dollars a month for this blows my mind. I would rather light 20 buck on fire then pay for this."

"Is zero stars an option? I have had far too many issues with this "service" to describe in detail. From my packages showing up hours outside the scheduled delivery window, making it difficult to receive packages AND stick to my own schedule . I've had packages delivered to the wrong unit, packages delivered to the steps on my seven story building instead of the my fifth floor unit, thus, I have not received COUNTLESS PACKAGES, and never once has fetch compensated me for any of these situations where their personnel were at fault, of which there have been 23 (yes, twenty-three!) in only 2 short years. For someone who does a lot of online shopping, this service is the worst option, unless you are ok with just never receiving things that you have purchased. This is not Amazon, you will NOT get a refund or replacement for items that you don't receive. Not from the retailer (it's not their fault) and not from fetch (they won't even reply). Shortly after my building started using this service, my fetch receiving address was changed for some unknown reason, when one of my online orders was accidentally sent to the old address, they wanted to charge me a pricey fee to deliver my package, even though my previous receiving location is less than 10 miles from the new one, and even closer to my actual apartment! Emails to customer service reps go unanswered. There is no way to reach anyone by phone. Despite what they claim, they do not have a live chat option to connect with customer support. Any other option is better than Fetch. Not convinced? You will be...."

"Definitely an inconvenience. When the package could just be delivered to my house. I had to go to the warehouse to pick things up after having to track them down after being told they were delivered and no packages showed up. There is a fee, which is also inconvenient. However, staff is always extremely helpful and friendly. They will help take things out to your car if needed. They are efficient as well."

"People don't really review services like this unless they have a bad experience, so I feel the need to balance that out. I've used this service ever since they started at my apartment complex, over a year ago, and I've never once had any issue. In fact, the only problem I did have was the sender listing my address incorrectly on an extremely important package, and all I had to do was chat with an agent on the fetch website for 3 minutes, and they took care of it. Clearly some people have trouble with this service, but I personally love it."
