"Worst service ever! I Was told my overnighted package I needed to sign for would be delivered at 12pm. Rearranged my day to be home and the driver shows up at 9am while I’m taking my kids to school. So called and set up pick up at customer service (30 min from my house). I Show up between 5-7 like they told me and am told it’s not there yet and won’t be before 7?!?!? Needed this package before leaving tomorrow and they’re closed till Tuesday. To top it all off I had to deal with the RUDEST people working here!"
