"Don't come here to use the bathroom. They are always being cleaned. Second gas station in a row that illegally doesn't have a public restroom today."
"Bad experience. Was talked down to like I was stupid but really I was not being understood. What was meant to be a simple, polite interaction escalated instantly (through no instigation of my own) to a one-sided verbal berating of me by the employee. She was quick to irritation, didn't really try to hear me out (talked over me), and treated me immediately like I was an inconvenience to her. She was also speaking at me very loudly like she wanted me to yell back or instigate a fight? I didn't engaged. I'm not about that. Coffee was TERRIBLY BITTER. No amount of creamer SHOULD cover it up. Paid for it, because I'm Midwestern polite, but threw it out immediately."

"If I could leave a zero I most definitely would.It was 8:48 am Saturday entered and ask the cashier if I could the restroom before I buy gas. I was denied access to the bathroom. Cashier told me the restrooms open at 10am on the weekends. She told me it's too much trouble. How is it to much trouble the button is beside her. I guess its because im black. She needs to work on her customer service. She made the store lose a sell because I went to a different Kum n Go. I am a fleet driver and I don't appreciate the disrespectful workers there."
"There are always problems whenever I come to this Kum and Go. Just today I bought Juul packets. I got home, opened them, and it was already opened. I went back and they made me pay for another one, saying there's nothing they can do and for me to check everytime before I leave. That's great advice and I wouldn't have a problem if there wasn't a problem like this every time I go there. Even with gas (I had to pay for gas again because there was an electronic issue). If you don't want to be stressed out and robbed, don't ever come here."
