"This store is gross!! I watched the cashier use their hands with no gloves place food on grill directly after handling money!! I told him that's gross and he told me that the owner "Jazz" told him too do it that way and then said I can Fukkk my self?!? "Jazz" your store is absolutely terrible and I have sent the recording from my phone to the health services board! You don't have the right to make people sick!"

"The man at the front (12/1/21 @ 9 PM) was EXTREMELY rude to my mother. First, he was in the back and ignored her as she waited to check out for several minutes. Then, she asked if he would open the vape packages to insure they weren’t discolored (this has been a common issue at 7/11 and with this brand). Other employees have had no issue doing this, but he refused. He told her she could return them if they were wrong. Sure enough they were obviously discolored, but he refused to do the return for her. He told her to never return and was extremely rude and disrespectful. This isn’t the first time there’s been an odd encounter at 7/11. Never expect much from 7/11 but this was terrible."

"We've lived in this neighborhood for 6 years and best experience we've ever had is below average. Only 1 star I've ever posted. From a disinterested staff, general lack of attentiveness to customers, poorly maintained exterior, and low stock, you're better off heading to any other convenience store or Walgreens/King Soopers across the street. 8pm on a Monday, go in to get a couple sodas from the fountain, two different syrups are empty. $5 brown carbonated water - not even worth going back for a refund. I always give service centers the benefit of the doubt, having worked in the service industry for years, and understand people have bad days. In this case, it's been a bad decade. Save your money and go anywhere else."
