"The door on my unit was installed professionally, and no mess was left. However, getting the actual installation to take place was a huge headache. I was told the techs would be at around my house between 9 and 9:30, so I left work to come wait for them, only to have them show up over two hours later without a single phone call to me. I called the office several time to be told, “oh, they’re leaving here in 10 minutes!” or “they’ll be on their way shortly!” Come to find out, a delivery truck showed up late to their facility that needed to be unloaded. Which is no big deal. The fact that they never even bothered to call me so that I could adjust my schedule shows a major lack of professionalism and consideration for the customer in my mind. I rearranged my work day so I could be home for them and they didn’t even have the respect to call and tell me they’d be late. Moreover, after the techs did show up, they told me I could return to office as they did not need access to my home to install the door. I asked them to call me when they were done, and they never did. So yeah… 2 stars at best."

"I had a great experience from the planning stage to installation of our new garage door. It was flawless. The group was competitive with other local companies and worked with us on the price. We were in process of texturing and painting our garage. The installers removed the old garage door and came back 2 hours later to install the new door.
