"This is the worst Flying J location ever. I payed for shower through the app, the water in the shower was almost cold, slightly warm. I approached to a manager whose name is Tamika Only trying to change a shower room, explained the problem she just didn’t give a damn and was rude eventually I ended up being accused that I made up everything and automatic system couldn’t give me a shower # 13 bcz it’s handicap shower etc. THAT WAS LAST TIME when I came to a flying J truck stop after being 7 years loyal costumer. "As with many other Pilot / Flying J locations parking is a disaster. Trucks parked in non parking areas blocking trucks from getting out and others from parking in reserve spots because of the lack of maneuvering room due to trucks parked in the wrong place. No one goes out to do anything about it. One guy just ran into another truck parking in a area he shouldn't. I've contacted their corporate offices but they wash their hands with saying it's up to the individual location management to correct this. News flash they are not. I don't mind the reserve parking fee but it be nice if you can actually park in a open spot. Now I'm waiting till another spot opens since nothing happens till after 3pm as far as clearing out reserve spots. ********UPDATE ******* Well looks like I was wrong. Someone came out and cleared most of the trucks parked illegally and blocking the reserved spots. Now we have a clear way in to park and to leave. There's still some trucks parked in no parking areas but not in the way of blocking the way in or out of the truck stop. Thank you to whom ever went out and took care of this. *********UPDATE********* Nevermind just got up to get going to my delivery and trucks parked across the reserved spots again. Had to ask a driver to move and he was not liking the idea. For some reason it looked like he thought I could just use the room left. Luckily he's not a angry one. He moved. Thanks driver"

"A garbage dump. Drivers are 50% of the problem and flying J is 50% for not cleaning it up. Homeless panhandling for money at entrance !! Abandoned trailer in parking lot missing half of its landing gear. Garbage everywhere bags of feces as well. Extremely unsanitary. And the worst part about it ,,,,, this facility wants to charge truckers to park here!!!! I'm emailing all the pics to corporate office as well."

"The only reason they get 2 stars is because of the Denny's. This place is run down and has trash all over the parking lot. The parking lot is not big enough for trucks to be parked against the curve. Y'all need to make sure people are not parking against the curve because there's barely enough room to back into a spot. You have to beat on doors to make drivers move so you can get out. This has to be the worst Pilot in America. Then they got a scared security guard. There's a lot more I can say about this place but I'm just going to cut it short here. Pilot, y'all need to get this place together"

"Always a sight for sore eyes and a balm for a weary traveler's' bones. They usually have great big pizzas on tap by the slice, a little selection of light repair parts for vehicles, some clothing, and clean, well-managed showers for rental use. Showers as of 1/2024 are $18."
