"Convenient location and no line but ... took package in for ground shipping on Friday at Englewood Co by Tuesday. Why so long to transport 1/2 hr away?"

"UPDATE: I told FedEx to hold the package at the shipping center because I could not trust them to deliver my package. I drive 30 minutes to the location and they have put it on the truck. I spoke with a manager, Josh, who was unhelpful and dismissive. Do not get your items shipped here or do business with them. I paid $80 to have FOOD shipped to me in Denver overnight from a bakery in NOLA. It was to arrive on a Friday and after not seeing it or any notice from FedEx, I waited until Saturday per the tracking information online. I later find out that they close at 2 so I won’t get my PERISHABLE FOOD that I need for a gathering TONIGHT until MONDAY. After calling customer service, one person said the reason is because “the address was wrong” and another person said they couldn’t access the building. Regardless, I got no notification and the office is not closed for me to pick it up. This is a very pitiful attempt at delivering packages."

"I was able to get in and out in a timely manner. They had the shipping supplies I needed and helped me ship something expensive to a country I couldn’t pronounce so a huge amount of uncomfortable but it got their perfectly"

"I waited outside all day for a package that I needed to sign for (because I know the games these clowns like to play). The driver, who never even drove past my house, claimed they attempted to deliver it and that I was not home to receive it. I called customer service and they told me there’s nothing they could do, and that they could not hold the package for me to pick it up. I doubt I will ever see the item I ordered. I would never have ordered this item had I known the business uses FedEx. I don’t understand how these scam artists are still in business."
