"The guys arrived and got right to work. They were friendly, organized, efficient and very helpful. They were also very careful not to damage anything. We're very happy with the crew and the service!"
"These guys were prompt in my short notice request. Mario was professional and his team cared for my furniture, were efficient and polite. Would 10000% use again and will recommend to my friends!"
"Number one: they were 3 hours late. When they did finally arrive it was two teenager boys with zero customer service skills, who quickly mouthed off to me. They were only supposed to help me move boxes from one apartment to another apartment two buildings over. I asked them to get their dollies and load them with boxes to take with us while I could showed them where we would be moving boxes to. I asked them three times to please get there dollies and load them and neither boy acknowledged my request or moved to get the dollies. Was it because it was raining outside? If so, that would be the moment they could ask to renegotiate the start time so they could wait out the rain. They did not do this. Instead, they ignored my attempts to get the job started and show them where they are moving things. I finally gave up I'm asking them to get a load of things together for our first trip over and just started walking out the door with what I had gathered in my arms. At that point, one kid picked up a small lightweight shelf to carry over. I asked him to please use a dolly so he could be efficient and stack things on it and or dave his strength for the large job ahead. He glared at me and said nothing 'I just want to carry it' with an attitude. Because of his clear lack of understanding of how to move efficiently, I let him know at that point that it was important to me for him to stack boxes on a moving dolly when it came to moving boxes rather than moving them one at a time. He glared at me and said with an incredible attitude " So you're going to tell me how to do my job?!" I have never experienced such a lack of professionalism and hostility from someone I'm supposed to be paying to work for me. I was understandably pissed, told them it was unexpectable and called there boss. The boss said that I was rude too and so he wasn't going to speak to them about apologizing or being more professional to me. I showed them Nothing but professional, courtesy and clear and direct communication, until their hostility became unbearable. He said there was no one else to take their place, so I again asked him if he would be willing to have a talk with the boys and ask them if they would be able to be more courteous and respectful and finish the job they had promised to complete. He ignored that request and then said spoke to me about how they had no one to take the boys place. At that point I got very frustrated with him because he had not addressed my request: to speak to the boys and have them complete the job they had agreed, adequately and professionally. At this point, as I try to get him to acknowledge my request, he began speaking over me over and over again. He refused to acknowledge my request and then said something extraordinarily unprofessional rude: that he understood why the boys were rude to me based on how I was speaking to him. If you get an upset customer service call when your employees have been out of line and unprofessional, it is your job to help relieve the stress and upset of the client and make amends. Amends. The supervisor/ family member of these boys did not do any of this. He was just as bad as them. Machismo is a well-known issue and unfortunately, the manager/ adult family member in this business all showed an incredible machismo to me. If you are a single woman, do not hire this company unless you would like to have them back talk and be rude to you as well. If you're a man, I'm sure you would get better service with these boys/men."
"I used this team to help load a rental truck for a one-way move out of the Westminster area. The team did not appear as professionally dressed as other companies, but that was not of great concern to me. The issue was the façade they presented of properly packing my truck, only to find out on the other side that all of the boxes marked FRAGILE were stacked on the bottom of very heavy boxes, crushing our kitchenware inside. Additionally, our kitchen table was poorly mishandled and two legs snapped off, rendering the table completely unusable. Finally, we multiple nightstands damaged and torn, which will need replacing. I have been TRYING to contact this company for weeks now (we moved in early July) with no meaningful feedback. I sent the same photos I have attached here, and have received radio silence. This is absolutely appalling, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. This was horrendous service quality, but they do know how to sweet talk you to make it seem as they know what they're doing. Different movers we used on arrival said it clearly looks like the people that loaded the truck (Genesys) just hires people to do this as a side job, not people who actually know what they are doing. Don't let this happen to you, and go with another provider."
"Duane and crew were courteous; however, they had never moved a grand piano and struggled to move mine resulting in damage. The standard 60 cents per pound for damage is nowhere near enough to cover repairs. Lesson learned: hire a professional piano moving company."
