The UPS Store

"These people are hands down so incredibly, I was rushing in here at literally 6:29 pm, when the employees have every right to be closing and going home to enjoy their lives (closing time is clearly posted at 6:30pm), and the taller blonde, curly haired male employee welcomed me in to do my Amazon returns and was so kind and understanding, I made sure to let him know how appreciated both him and another employee were and how grateful I was for them. Thank you so much, I’m so grateful to have you two at my local UPS store!"

"I was treated terribly by the manager at this store, his name was D. I refuse to use UPS anymore due to the treatment I received. Was given a number to contact UPS and they have not responded so I will post my issue here and on all social media available. D (the manager) yelled at me when I requested when my package would arrive...totally disrespectful and when I got angry about being disrespected, he cursed at me and delayed my package shipping. No one at UPS has given a damn. Here's my update and reply: It was this location, I live 2 blocks away. He may have just lied to me about his name not to get in trouble for his actions...if it helps identify him, he was extremely feminine"

He has well trained staff alongside of him that looks for the opportunity for customer service and help It's been amazing experience. I'll never go anywhere else if I can help it and that's because Chris was professional knowledgeable considerate and just an overall awesome individual."
