"The worst 711 I have ever been to in my life, around 12:30am I went to go pick up a Case of water for my family, when I arrived the doors were locked and there was a note for online venders, the older woman who worked there had walked to the back at the time. The note said please knock if you had an online order which I did from door dash, so I kept knocking until she started yelling at me, telling me to hold on very rudely, so I told her how was I supposed to know to hold on if you hadn’t let me known sooner, instead of getting angry at me. tells me to go away because her systems were down. Then as I’m talking to DoorDash to let them know that her system was down and she won’t give me my order, she proceeds to yell at me and says she is calling the cops because I wont leave right away, but I wasn’t going anywhere until I got my money back because apparently until DoorDash talked to her they wouldn’t refund me. So not only was a stuck there because that older woman was incompetent of listening to me and wasted almost an hour of my time she was ready to call the cops on me for no reason. This woman should not be employed here or even working night shifts period, straight crazy. The most ridiculous situation I’ve ever dealt with, I will make sure to call door dash again to stop working with this 711 because that was a horrible experience."
"If your able to, go to any other 7 Eleven in town will be better than this location. Also watch out for fake covers on top of the credit card readers, people have posted credit card skimmers and management didn't even get it removed for weeks. Don't go there."
"Your cashier today is got a wild hair up her a she’s rude as heck sitting there complaining about the last customer to us and then started getting snotty with me because my card chip didn’t work immediately. If she wants to quit so bad like she kept saying that she should! Quit ruining other peoples day by being so rude!"
"Cashier was horrible! She assumed I wanted 4 five dollar lottery tickets and when I asked for 1 she started getting rude and started an argument in front of other customers and acted like she owned the place. I'm curious to know if she is the owner and if like to talk to a regional manager about the rudeness of this person."
"This morning at approximately 3:15am, I entered our local 7-11. As one of your regular customers, this is a nearly nightly routine. Your cashier tonight was... very disrespectful. Which is unfortunately routine as well. He is a tall African American gentleman who has seen my identification many times. Once, was only two days prior to my turning 21. Tonight he accused me of having multiple IDs or a fake identification while I attempted to buy cigarettes and he remembered that I was underage the first time I was there. (I was not yet aware of the change in legislature). Interestingly, between then and now he had accepted it on several occasions without issues. I asked him to refrain from commenting on my ID any further when I visit your store and he then exploded and threatened to refuse any further service to me. I understand he needs to check ID, but to be repeatedly rude about it and to accuse me of using a fake ID isn’t appropriate. I informed him I would file a complaint to his manager which he preceded to lash out at me and continued to keep on yelling at me even though I was speaking to him in a calm manner. In addition, he threatened that he would deny me service simply for stating that he disrespected me for accusing me that I had multiple IDs. In conclusion, I don’t know that we will be coming back to this location. He has been rude to myself, and also my husband on numerous occasions, and we are in there nearly every night. Moving forward perhaps you might ask him to stick to what is required of him (again, asking for ID is part of his job), but to be blatantly rude and treat regular customers could in no way be beneficial to this location?"
