"Unfortunately I ordered some furniture that used this service for delivery. Might be the worst experience ever. Scheduled delivery, no show, said I didn't schedule (basically accused me of lying instead of saying they made a mistake). They Tried to send furniture back to company. Lady answers phone first hacking up a lung, completely incompetent and unprofessional. I am unsure I will get this furniture in or in good condition."

"I have vendors who this is one of the few freight options available. You can mark all over orders to bill to a company that is not the destination as well call them to make sure. They will still bill out incorrectly which makes you go through the entire process again. Very frustrating to deal with."

"Placed an order with Amazon and unfortunately XPO is the service used to deliver my purchased item. I waited 2 weeks for my item to be delivered, sat around my house for the 3 hour window that was provided by XPO when I received a phone call from XPO 15 minutes before delivery time was up to tell me that my package was never placed on the truck for delivery because there wasn't enough room so the informed me that it might get put on a truck in 2 weeks. The best part is they posted lies that they attempted to deliver but I wasn't home and that I requested to reschedule delivery. LIES, LIES, LIES!!! I see why XPO Logistics has 2.4 stars."

"Had a pickup scheduled for today. The XPO driver Pete showed up, he parked his 26-ft. short truck about 100 yards away from our loading dock and refused to pull up so we could load our pallets. Ignorant, rude and stunningly stubborn. We could not deliver our load because Pete decided he was not going to pick-up our freight. With all that's going on, we will never use XPO again. This is not the first incident with this company. Unreliable and customer service is unresponsive. If I could give zero stars, I would. Absolutely unacceptable!"

"If I could give this Company a zero I would give them a zero. They lost an entire pallet to one of our customers. We replaced the product to our customer while waiting on a claim to be processed which took 3 months to achieve and then they only gave us 1/2 the value of the product. We will never use XPO services again. Worthless freight company."
