"Absolute garbage company. Never have had a good experience with FedEx and colorado is the worst I've ever seen. Every package is a hunt to try to figure out where its left because they never leave it at the actual address. And the latest package, that requires a signature, says they tried to deliver it on two different days, which is a complete lie. I have video proof that they have never even pulled up in front of my place at all."
"50/50 chance that delivery will happen on the scheduled delivery date. 30% chance that delivery will be dumped (sometimes in snow) at the end of the driveway instead of at the door. When you call customer service to complain, they say they take feedback seriously and will provide updates on filed complaints, but it has been a week with ZERO followup. Best chance of change is to file a complaint directly with the business from whom you purchased the merchandise to encourage them to change delivery carrier. FedEx HAS ZERO PRIDE IN THEIR SERVICE AND DOES NOT CARE, PERIOD!!"
"I live in zip code 80403 south of this facility. In the last 4 months I have had 3 deliveries from this facility that were bad to terrible. All Fed Ex Ground. The first problem resulted in a package being delivered to the wrong address and lost. The 2nd one had the delivery instructions ignored and delayed a day before delivery. The 3rd in-process was very late getting from CA to Broomfield, a journey from 1/8 to 1/16, then failed delivery due to delivery instructions being ignored on first attempt, then missed on 2nd day due to weather, then delivered to wrong address on 3rd attempt. I have a case open on this one at present. The drivers from this location do not seem to pay attention to delivery instructions for account holders who have them and post them, when they make a mistake they don't seem interested in trying to resolve it, and follow through when reported is incomplete and lacking. Overall the performance of this facility and its drivers seems to be uncaring and incomplete."
"These delivery drivers here are a joke!! Especially this one. Refused to give me his name and flat out said he will not be taking packages up to units because it’s December. Worst place ever!! FedEx, do a better job. He signed up saying he could do this job and heaven forbid HE ACTUALLY DOES HIS JOB!! And when I called FedEx customer service they didn’t care. So many packages have been stolen because he throws them all at the bottom of one building. This is ridiculous. I will tell everyone about this!! FedEx if you ever feel like actually caring about your customers, give me a call. Here’s his truck."
"The driver marked my package as delivered with the details stating it was left in a storage locker. The only problem with that is it was to be delivered to my restaurant, which contains no storage lockers. It does, however, have cameras covering every entrance into the restaurant and the only entrance into the parking lot. Even though I have clear video evidence that that FedEx driver never even entered the parking lot to the restaurant, let alone the restaurant itself, FedEx still insisted that the package was properly delivered. They then asked me to look around the restaurant and let them know when I found the package that was never delivered. The entire interaction they kept making statements implying that I had just overlooked this package and was going to find it myself. Their internal investigation results were that it was delivered even though I can prove beyond the shadow of a doubt through high quality camera footage that it was never delivered. The absurdity of the entire ordeal has cemented it firmly in my mind that any other shipping company will be a better choice over FedEx. They will do who knows what with your package while claiming to have delivered it even when you can prove otherwise, and they will try to place the blame for their ineptitude directly on you, the customer, over acknowledging the error and correcting the issue. Ace Ventura would be a better delivery option over FedEx."
