Kum & Go,

"I generally fill up our buses through out the week at Kum & Go #930 in Brighton, Colorado, putting in $100s of dollars a week (4 days per week at about $50 to $100+ each day I stop there.) Almost every single time, I pull up to a pump only to fill up, and the receipt printer at the pump is either empty or not functioning. This obligates me to go in, often times stand in line (like today), just to get a receipt. The cashiers recognize me; once I even brought it up to the assistant manager, and she gave me a snotty reply. I usually say, “Please fill the receipt printer at the pumps.” I often get a blank look or a scowl by the older cashiers. (I don’t look so happy when I go in either.) I am reconsidering using Kum & Go to fill up our buses."

"Today was the most annoying visit I have ever experienced here. I clearly told the cashier 50 dollars on my gas and he put 15 dollars in. Needless to say I was livid when he told me. When I told him he should listen better in front of what I assume was the store manager and she didn’t even ask what happened. I miss the old crew that worked there years ago. They were great! Now just young idiots working there. I will not give them my business again. I’ll go to the other one that is actually closer to my house. Never will I go to that one again. They don’t pay attention fifty clearly does not sound like fifteen dollars. Ugh!"

"I went in here yesterday! I know this isn’t really about the business but the cashier was awesome. Now that we have a statewide mask mandate I would expect everyone inside public business’ to be wearing masks. She truly enforced it! That’s the first place I’ve gone in months where the mask rule was actually enforced. Made me feel safe. Thank you!!"

"Always clean and nice here. One specific girl, I believe her name was Kerry, is always super sweet and accommodating. I work in a service industry and understand how crazy the job can be. Regardless what's going on shes always super nice and happy, a gem of an employee. Live in the area and visit here regularly."
