Reviews
"They always do a great job of packing very fragile equipment."
"Where do I begin? This is an honest review of a recent equipment move that Gonavis irresponsibly and negligently handled. I called and their rep Melissa Chaney took my call and sent me a quote. I had filled out their online form that my Custom-built, ultra high-performance desktop gaming computer was worth $7000 and gave the large box dimensions as well as the weight which was 90 pounds. Keep in mind Melissa sends me a quote. We talk on the phone and I tell her that this computer is very heavy and very expensive (it took me 3 months to build this one of a kind gaming computer which also has an expensive tempered glass case). She never asks me what kind of equipment I am sending and doesn't mention anything about white glove service or adding insurance. She gives me a price and gives me a date when they can pick up my expensive computer. She asks for my credit card - and that's about it! They get my payment. It now seems all they want is your money (quality service is non-existent with Gonavis Centennial!) My friend waited at my storage unit for the guys to come pick up. When they arrive from Gonavis they inform my friend that they were told nothing about this pickup or content. My friend informs them that this is a very expensive computer because one of the guys wanted to lift the box by himself. She stopped him and told him this was a $7000 computer and that he should get the other guy to help him. They tell my friend that there were told "nothing" about the contents. That should have been the warning sign that I never got. It was too late. Gonavis picked up my computer. A week later Fedex (not Gonavis) drops off the computer at my Storage Unit's front office. When I go to pick it up, I see the box laying on its side which immediately tells me something is very wrong since the box says "FRAGILE" on each side and it's clear how the box should be upright. As I gently try to move the box, I hear shattered glass, a lot of shattered glass, moving all around inside the box..keep in mind that the computer is inside a box, which is inside another box so the box is sturdy. Clearly this box was mishandled and dropped at least one time. The computer has very thick tempered glass on 3 sides. I gently transport the box to my unit to take videos and pictures of the damage before and after opening the box as evidence for the owner and operator of Gonavis Centennial CO. Upon opening the inner box i see shattered glass everywhere. I wear gloves so I don't cut myself. A side of the computer glass completely shattered. The top of the steel computer frame is bent. Upon looking inside I see so much damage to all the computer components that used to be attached to the motherboard. The graphics card, the sound card, the memory cards, the cpu fan, some of the heat sinks are ripped out of their connectors to the motherboard. Keep in mind I hand selected each component using the most expensive parts I could get at Micro Center Denver in order to make a screaming, one of a kind high performance machine that was built in the theme of Superman. In order for these components to be yanked off motherboard, my computer must have been dropped so hard at least one time, if not more, that the sheer forces totallly demolished my gaming system... and that's just the beginning.. I sent videos and pictures to Keith Binzer, the Centennial Gonavis business owner, who requests these pics and videos. It takes a week and a half for him to review the evidence and then he completely ignores all of my emails and communication in order to get resolution for the complete loss of this "Super" computer. I give him 3 weeks to respond and I get nothing from him or Melissa - no refund - completely ghosted by Gonavis. Gonavis is a joke of a business..no respect for its customers and no honor to make amends in trying to resolve this huge problem. I was patient with Keith Binzer, the owner. Absolutely I'll be taking legal action against Gonavis. F- worst moving company ever. Beware and look for a better, trusted transport service for your high tech equipment."
"From the first phone call to the delivery of my painting the experience with Navis was amazing. The crew was friendly, answered all my questions, got right back to me with a quote. The packing job was exceptional. I can't recommend them enough! Thanks to all at Navis!!"
"Navis of Denver took great care of a couple pieces of artwork that I purchased at auction. They picked up the pieces from the auctioneer, built crates for each piece and packed very well so everything arrived perfectly. I would HIGHLY recommend them!!"
