"Unfortunately, I didn’t listen to the other reviews, but I definitely should have. The driver of the van was so incredibly annoyed by having to travel to the airport for this transport. We heard about this over and over again. What what made the situation all the more difficult is it took us over an hour to connect with the driver because she was not familiar with the airport. As if the debacle of the airport pick up was not bad enough, what made this situation unsafe was that the shuttle driver was not able to safely get my mom and her wheelchair onto or off of the transport van."
