"This place SUCKS to deal with & Live at. A maintenance guy hit our car, went & told Maryanne the property manager & she told me he did hit our car when I called.. then later everyone who worked for Aspen Leaf Apartments all lied about the maintenance guy hitting our car, because he proceeded to lie to the insurance company that he did not hit our car even though we had a witness! They are so rude to deal with, pounding on doors like they're the cops. The cooler sucks in summer time if it's super hot your cooler doesn't even do the slightest to cool off the living room. And doesn't get anywhere else in the apartment when it does work. The heaters also suck, so my house was FREEZING in winter. The carpets are thin like motel room carpet hard & disgusting. And also they enter your apartments even when they aren't allowed too."
