When the driver doesn’t mention he is going to arrive late, if driver arrive late, or there isn’t any communication, broker has all the rights to deduct the agreed amount on signed confirmation. We had a driver that arrived late to his appointment and they only deducted the amount said as a late fee on the confirmation and I find it rightly done! This is a response to a comment made from our driver."

"Called in a load as a carrier off a load board. I completed the carrier packet. In the mean time while waiting for a rate con from Veras, another company called us to run a load. I got a rate con immediately. Thus now putting me under contract with another company. I notified Versa via email immediately that another load came in first. I received a nasty email about how they wont do business with me again and that i should have called. They called me and i was on the phone. I have never ever experienced this kind of negativity. Ive lost loads to people under bidding me. Ive had loads cancel and not get a dime. It is what it is in a highly competetive and ever evolving industry. There was no reason for that email."

"I've worked with this company for years-- they usually move multiple loads a week for us. Great customer service-- very responsive with good rates, and they're also good at finding creative solutions for weird shipments. When my rep is gone someone else on the team is always available and they already know what's going on-- for some of the other brokerage companies I've worked with, when my rep is on vacation it's like you have to start from scratch. Billing at VersaFreight is also very smooth-- timely and accurate invoicing with no issues. Would highly recommend."

"This company (Kevin) was BEYOND rude when he called and asked if we would use their services. When I told him no thanks, he told me that he would continue to call me. I asked for a manager and he said there is nobody i could talk to. Then he hung up... then called back, twice, letting me know this is what we will expect from them. What a joke. If this is how they are when we wont use them, i can't imagine actually working with them."
