"I have seen the night shift employees smoking things other than cigarettes in there white suv and old camry I watched a girl go behind the counter and grab cigarettes with out paying and she knew the cashier. Then the other night I watched them leave in the middle of the night and talk about closing the store but needed to hurry and come back before anyone noticed. I talked my neighbor and she Said they are always smoking what ever. She said its on foil and smells like fentanl. She said they are all under the influence of drugs. when she has been there and she watched them let several people take whatever they wanted for free and said the employees were sisters. I said it was a boy but she is certain that it's a girl. It's unbelievable they rip off their work and have for like 6 months or more and still work there sad management doesnt check on their employees and press charges. this is why the store never has anything and our cost of living increases cause of people like this!"

"I accidentally left my credit card in a reader at this 7 Eleven. Someone kindly turned it into the front and Mark held onto it to ensure it got back to me. He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and understanding! This is now my go-to gas station!"

"I gave 2 stars because this place is very clean but it is brand new, so it is expected. My experience there was trash though. I came in to reclaim coupons that came into my mail box. 1) I don't think that people who work there, have any idea how it is done. They spent too much time on this simple task. 2) I was charged sales tax on free items (small chips, small slurpee and disgusting hotdog). This is a fail of advertisement. 3) The sales tax was $2.74 for items that cost less than $10 combine. It is roughly 27% sales tax! NY and CA doesn't charge that much. It was obvious mistake of people on the register, but I didn't care to argue because they wasted enough of my time 4) And I paid with credit card, so they charged me $3 instead of $2.74. Anyway, I didn't like this experience at all, I will never come back here or recommend this place!"

"The staff are nice but this 7-11 is an absolute disappointment. They never seem to accept debit and despite them saying they accept credit cards, my credit cards never work. This is true for both inside the store and when trying to use the gas pumps. I tried to get gas and my card was declined twice at the pump and the screen said to see cashier. I went inside and it declined with their machines, too. When I called my credit card company after they (albeit nicely) insisted that they do accept credit cards, the card company said that it looked fraudulent and they declined the charge from going through because of that and that they also never got any kind of authorization request/message from the 2 times my card declined at the gas pump. I told them I've used my card there before and they said there is probably something with their machines that made it flag as fraudulent in their system. I went down the street and used the same card at a different store with no issues. It's a shame because most of the employees are great and the store is well-stocked and beautiful .... but I don't carry cash (ew) so I can never actually buy anything."

"This is The new Loredo Taco, Not only has this 7/11 Combo Store fast food store not had Debit Card Issues for well over a month Now?? The New Partner Of this Taco place has not been their best venture! 3 times I’ve tried them all 3 times All the Food is Over cooked and Over dry! most of the employees don’t really care about Service Levels? 2 of the times half the crew were outside smoking in front of the store! And twice the steam tables that the food is scooped from was leaking all over the front floor with no wet floor signs and no attention given to the possibility of accident waiting to happen? The employees obviously don’t care about the appearance of the food it looks very dry in the tables they don’t refresh or refill or even stir it to make it look better? So it looks like it’s been sitting there for a while? Unless the owners of Loredo take better pride in their product? I would suggest be wary of the product you’re buying from them now that they are opening more franchises in 7/11 Stores! It would take a huge apology and turn around for me to buy from them again."
