"Caution advised! I carefully chose the lowest grade of regular but it charged me for the highest premium gas! Staff would not refund the difference claiming that gas cannot be returned. I certainly understand that but responsibility needs to be taken for computer errors at the pump."

"Went for a car wash, first time. 20 bucks is the cheapest apparently. So I gave it a shot. HUGE MISTAKE!!! Didn't even clean the back. Octopus car wash down the street will vacuum, wash and dry for the SAME PRICE! Needless to say extremely disappointed especially since it didn't even clean my car!! Don't use this wash. Waste of money!!!!"

He was very put out but came out and tried the code I just told him didn't work. Very rude giving me a refund. It wasn't my fault he has defective equipment. Service in America is dead."
