"Shouted at as soon as I walked through the door to leave my backpack at the door. I get theft is a problem but this was a vibe killer and not a practical solution for your honesty customers. "Hey we can't protect our stuff so we need you to leave yours unattended". Not worth it just to buy some candy."

"Manager lady is a bit nutty. Shop here only if you absolutely must. The rest of the staff are extremely rude also. CircleK will likely fix the situation soon if they know what's good for them because it's just bad business through and through. The building and location are nice though."

"I understand that they don't want to hold cash because of the robberies around the area. However, you shouldn't sell lotto tickets if you're unable to cash them for your customers...... I literally was told no on like maybe $50 worth and I was purchasing like $30 worth of stuff.. You shouldn't sell them if you can't cash them.."

"Store clerk would refund my money after I asked how to use there machines there to pay for gas he said put change in select pump for gas did that asked me for money amount forgot the amount asked for my change back Ayotte clerk said idk I'm not calling my manager blah blah I told him he better do something and then a lady bought a pack of smokes and the machine counted my change n there went that I told the clerk he needs to give me my money and he told me I needed to leave"

"I was looking for a copy of the Times Call at this store just now! I talked to the cashier about my friend passing away last week and that I was in search of a copy of the obituary in “The Times Call” for the family. When I walked up to pay I stated that the cash out station was not very approachable as I have only been here a few times. The gentleman responded back to my comment with, “you don’t understand it because of your age.” Im a female over 60 and I was shocked at the rudeness of his comment. After using the facilities, I decided to inform him that in the future, “please don’t make a comment like that because it’s rude, and you wouldn’t know that because your young.” He looked away from me, rolled his eyes and said “have a good night” waving me off. This is a 100% rude comment and what really upsets me about his comment is it served no purpose? Like why would you say that to someone, other than an “age discrimination?” Customer Service 101 you NEVER know what a fellow human being is going through. Maybe he’s having a bad day, so I’ll give him a pass today. Simple, just be polite it’s your job!"
